Judge Jeanine: “Republicans Plotting Against Trump Is Proof They Are In Bed With The Democrats”

https://theconservativetreehouse.files.wordpress.com/2015/11/trump-lion.jpg?w=640

Two weeks ago, Judge Jeannine Pirro hit it out of the ballpark with her stunningly honest and frank monologue that “there’s an insurrection coming” and that “the American people are sick and tired of crony capitalism.”

Overnight, she followed it up with another striking rant, this time explaining why the Republican Party’s mantra has suddenly become that “Donald Trump must be stopped. “Why?” she asks rhetorically:”why would Republicans try to sabotage their own front-runner and risk a Democrat winning the White House?” Her answer, which is absolutely accurate: “The Republican establishment, elected officials and party leaders are in bed with the Democrats!”

She explained:

And the full transcript:

So, you don’t like Donald Trump. You’re going to create a “unity ticket” of other candidates to make sure he doesn’t win.

Say again? You want to stop one of the biggest vote-getters in your own party’s Republican Party primary history?

Yet ‘Donald Trump must be stopped’ is the Republican Party’s mantra! Hey, I didn’t always like my party’s choice for president, but I generally supported him.

Good that Trump is a white male otherwise they’d be accused of being racist, and lucky Trump’s not gay otherwise the Republican Party would be accused of being homophobic.

So let me see if I understand this. The guy who keeps winning, despite his being called a misogynist, a racist, and a xenophobe, who has more than 50 percent of the delegates,  with even as many as 17 other Republicans in those primaries and the Republican Party’s mission is to block Trump’s nomination?

What are you guys smoking?

Okay, you like Ted Cruz. Good for you. But he needs to win 80% of the remaining Republican delegates. Keep dreaming guys – it ain’t gonna happen.

John Kasich. Nice guy. Absolutely no path to the nomination.

So I say to myself, ‘Self, why?’ Why would Republicans try to sabotage their own front-runner and risk a Democrat winning the White House? And I keep coming up with the same answer: the Republican establishment, elected officials and party leaders are in bed with the Democrats!

So if Hillary wins, nothing is lost for them, it’s business as usual.

The lobbyists keep their offices on K Street, the pharmaceutical companies keep paying them, the unions keep adding to their pensions and the lawmakers get their reelection bribes – I mean contributions – while we the underclass work two and three jobs and rack up a debt our children and grandchildren will have to pay for generations!

To scare you into submission, they predict Trump cannot win the general election. If not, pray tell why does he keep winning primaries and drawing crowds like we’ve never seen in American primary history?

An election note primer: Trump already has 678 delegates. He needs 1237 to win. He’s won 6 closed and 13 open primaries and caucuses – one where Independents and Democrats – or just Independents vote. Why is this important?

It tells you Trump, besides winning the base, appeals to Independents and Democrats as well. Does that not bode well for the general election, especially against an establishment politician most consider untrustworthy and dishonest.

They say he’s divisive. Yet the looting and burning and riots in Ferguson happened long before Trump!  Black Lives Matter, Occupy Wall Street, moveon.org – all before trump. The ‘what do we want – dead cops, when do we want them – now’ chant, all before Trump.

It’s astonishing, Republicans plotting against their own front-runner!

If the establishment had exercised this energy to get evangelical votes to Romney in 2012 he might have won! But then again, it wasn’t that important because either way, either party the establishment wins – their jobs, their offices, their lifestyles intact – as they continue on their treadmill of DC money and power.

The party elders are petrified of Trump.  The man is beholden to no one. He wins and it’s game over for the elite. With Hillary, the game goes on.

Heads up, Washington. We’re not listening to you anymore because we’re fed up. You haven’t fixed a damn thing. We can’t take it anymore: the lies, the corruption, the debt, the taxes, the invasion, the freebies, the lack of accountability, sanctuary cities, religions forced to violate their own faith, by providing birth control and abortifacts at the altar of Obamacare and your saying one thing and doing another.

The patronage games and the free ride on our backs are over. You’re not listening. For us, it’s not just an election – it’s the selection of Supreme Court justices and the direction our country takes for generations.

We don’t want anything more than what our Founding Fathers intended. The slippery slope into socialism doesn’t work for us. We want an America where law enforcement, the military and our allies are not the enemy.

Boys, your arrogance is astonishing. And your condescension and scorn for the will of the American people is both mind-boggling and reminiscent of another time in our history.

From the beginning, we knew this would be a political revolution. Be careful boys, be very, very careful.  You don’t want to make this a different kind of revolution.

“There’s An Insurrection Coming… The American People Are Sick & Tired Of Crony Capitalism”

Two weeks ago, in a stunningly honest and frank rant, FOX News’ Judge Jeanine unleashes anchor hell upon Mitt Romney and the GOP establishment hordes.

She begins:

There’s an insurrection coming. Mitt Romney just confirmed it. We’ve watched governors, the National Review, conservative leaders, establishment and party operatives trash Donald Trump. But Mitt Romney will always be remembered as the one who put us over the edge and awoke a sleeping giant, the Silent Majority, the American people.

Fact. The establishment is panicked. Mitt essentially called for a brokered convention where the Republican nominee will be decided by party activists and delegates irrespective of their state’s choice… You want a brokered convention? A primer Mitt. Whenever we have a brokered convention we lose.

Dewey and Ford emerged from a brokered convention to lose the general election. So why? Because the party elites and elders want to protect us and stop of from falling into the abyss?… Most of us working two or three jobs think we’re already in the abyss. The Obama abyss…

We are sick and tired of legislators of modest means who leave Congress multimillionaires, whose spouses and families get all the contracts from selling the post offices to accessing insider information so they can buy property and flip it. You’re so entrenched that you’re willing to give Hillary Clinton a win. It doesn’t matter to you which party, crony capitalism and its paradigm will not change for the elite.”

And that is just the introduction… Grab a coffee (or something stronger) and watch…

GOP Just Sold America Down the River Again

December 17, 2015: BEGIN TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: The country was just sold down the river again by your very Republican Party.

I have a headline here from the Washington Times:  “White House Declares Total Victory Over GOP in Budget Battle.” That headline’s a misnomer.  There was never a battle.  None of this was opposed.  The Republican Party didn’t stand up to any of it, and the die has been cast for a long time on this.  I know many of you are dispirited, depressed, angry, combination of all of that. But, folks, there was no other way this could go. Because two years ago when the Republican Party declared they would never do anything that would shut down the government and they would not impeach Obama, there were no obstacles in Obama’s way and there were no obstacles in the way of the Democrat Party.

When you surrender the power of the purse — and that’s the primary power the House of Representatives has.  Not a penny of money can be spent in this country by this government without the House of Representatives authorizing it.  Obama can spend all he wants, but if the House doesn’t give him the mechanism, he can’t spend any of it.  But the Republicans squandered that.  They gave up the power of the purse.  The reason they did that is because for some inexplicable reason, they are literally paranoid and scared to death of even being accused of doing something that would shut down the government.

So to avoid even the accusation that they were going to or would ever even think of shutting down the government, they signaled that whatever Obama wanted to spend, he would get, because they figured that had less damage to them politically than the allegation that they were shutting down the government.  So, very simply, ever since the Republican Party became the party of keeping the government open at all costs, we get bills like this.  There’s simply no stopping the Democrats.  There’s no mechanism.  Every constitutional mechanism found in the power of the purse, Separation of Powers, the Republican Party years ago gave it away, in total fear of the media.

Now, there’s also a factor that needs to be mentioned, too, and that is that many Republican donors want every bit of this money spent, and they have donated voluminously to key Republicans in order to get the money spent. So it’s not all Republican fears. It’s not all Republican caving.  A lot of it is Republican fealty and loyalty to some of their donors.  Some people today looking at this, and this is 2,009 pages.  It’s said to be a spending bill.  Among the things that it does, it fully funds Obamacare.

It fully funds Planned Parenthood.  That, to me, is unforgivable, with everything now known about what goes on behind closed doors at Planned Parenthood, and that the federal government, led by a Republican Party, sees fit to pay for it.  It is beyond comprehension, and it is a total squandering of moral authority to fully fund the butchery at Planned Parenthood.  This spending bill fully pays for Obama’s refugee plans, fully.  This spending bill, this budget bill quadruples the number of visas Obama wants for foreign workers.  This is even a slap at American union workers.  Not the leaders.  The union leaders seem to be in favor of it, but blue-collar people, known as working people, have been sold down the river along with everybody else here.

This spending bill even fully pays for every dime asked for by Obama on all of this idiocy that’s tied up into climate change.  Everything Obama wanted, everything he asked for, he got.  You go down the list of things, it’s there.

And this is causing some people to wonder if they just dreamed all that stuff about Boehner resigning.  And then other people are wondering if they even dreamed all that stuff about the Republicans winning the largest number of seats they’ve had in Congress since the Civil War.  We had two midterm elections in 2010 and 2014, which were landslide victories for the Republican Party.  The Democrat Party lost over a thousand seats nationwide in just those two elections.  People went to the polls in droves wanting exactly what was rubber-stamped last night (or what will be) stopped.

And instead they showed up in record numbers and they it turned out and they just defeated Democrats down the ballot. In the process, they elected Republicans to stop this.  And now the Republicans have the largest number of seats in the House they’ve had in Congress since the Civil War.  And it hasn’t made any difference at all.  It is as though Nancy Pelosi is still running the House and Harry Reid is still running the Senate.  “Betrayed” is not even the word here.  What has happened here is worse than betrayal. Betrayal is pretty bad, but it’s worse than that.

This was out-and-out, in-our-face lying, from the campaigns to individual statements made about the philosophical approach Republicans had to all this spending.  There is no Republican Party!  You know, we don’t even need a Republican Party if they’re gonna do this.  You know, just elect Democrats, disband the Republican Party, and let the Democrats run it, because that’s what’s happening anyway.  And these same Republican leaders doing this can’t, for the life of them, figure out why Donald Trump has all the support that he has?  They really can’t figure this out?

Repeated stabs in the back like this — which have been going on for years — combined with Obama’s policy destruction of this country, is what has given rise to Donald Trump.  If Donald Trump didn’t exist and if the Republican Party actually does want to win someday, they’d have to invent him.  It’s just mind-boggling when you figure out everything that has been granted Obama. All the money, the tax increases, the Cadillac plans in Obamacare. All kinds of punitive things in Obamacare, delayed yet again so that people will not be made aware of the pain and suffering Obamacare’s gonna cause.

This budget even gives Obamacare cover by delaying some of the most harsh aspects of it.  And the reason for that is, delay the harsh aspects and you prevent people from learning what they are, at the same time you get more years for the tentacles of Obamacare to deeply weave themselves into the fabric of society, making repeal of the thing more politically difficult.  So you could also say that the Republican budget bill actually improves the odds of Obamacare surviving and growing.  You have to look long and hard for this whole thing to find any opposition to anything the Democrat Party wants.

Jeff Sessions, senator from Alabama, is calling this a betrayal, fully funding the Obama immigration agenda, the climate change agenda, increasing foreign workers.  He said, “This is why Trump is now triumphing here and probably will win.  The voters have come to believe that their own party’s elites are not only uninterested in defending their interests, but — as with this legislation and fast tracking the president’s international trade deal — Republican voters would not be wrong to conclude that their own Republican leaders are hostile to them, just as Democrat leaders are hostile to Republican voters.”

And as Sessions points out, “This legislation represents a further disenfranchisement of the American voter.” Clearly! In the last two midterm elections, the American electorate has stood up and loudly stated, ‘No. We don’t want this. Stop this.”  It didn’t matter.  It’s so bad that over at Slate.com they’re making excuses for Paul Ryan.  I think in some places in the left-wing media, they can’t believe the scope of the betrayal.  They’re feeling a little guilty at how easy this has been.  They’re feeling a little guilty here.  I’m joking, of course.  But one of the Salon.com columnists said, “Hey, you know, you guys need to cut Ryan some slack.  He was left with a huge mess and not much time to fix it.”

Isn’t that what they always said with Boehner? “He was left with a huge mess”? Isn’t that what they always say about Obama?  “He was left with a huge mess. Man, it was much worse than he even knew.  Nobody told him the truth.”  It seems to be a constant refrain and excuse.  “According to Sessions, the American people elected Republicans to the majority in Congress in 2014 as a rejection of the Obama administration’s immigration policies,” and any number of other things. “‘That loyalty has been repaid with betrayal,’ he said. … Sessions added, ‘As feared, the effect is to fund the president’s entire immigration agenda.'”

Planned Parenthood Unscathed in Spending Bill,” from a very happy and cheering TheHill.com.  “Planned Parenthood is praising Democrats in Congress after the spending bill released early Wednesday morning spared the organization from cuts.  As expected, the spending bill does not defund Planned Parenthood, a clear deal-breaker for Democrats, but the absence of spending cuts is still noteworthy given the intensity of the push to defund the group…” There was never any intensity to… It’s what we now know.

There wasn’t any intensity to defund.  All there was is just a bunch of words, just a bunch of people standing up saying they were going to.  This wouldn’t stand.  They were gonna lead an effort to defund it. But nobody ever meant it.  “Planned Parenthood Vice President Dana Singiser praised congressional Democrats on Wednesday for ‘holding the line against these harmful policy riders and cuts to key women’s health programs.'”  Also from TheHill.com, another reporter cheering as well. “Funds for Obama Climate Deal Survive.”

They were never threatened, never in peril.  There wasn’t a battle.  “Secret Deal Quadruples Foreign Workers — Chamber of Commerce Backs Guest Worker Program.”  Translation:  More cheap labor will eagerly be brought into the country under a visa program or they will be employed.  “Hey, why not, Rush?  The unemployment’s rate’s 5%.  We got plenty of room for foreign workers.”  Right.  That, to me… All this Republican campaign stuff going on obfuscating or clouding this a little bit, but that really is the news of the last 12 to 18 hours.

Trump Win Looking More Likely

by Byron York for Washington Examiner

“I’ve resisted the idea that Donald Trump could and would become the Republican nominee,” writes GOP strategist Alex Castellanos in an email assessment of the presidential race. “Unhappily, I’ve changed my mind.”

Castellanos, who once said flatly that “Trump is not going to be the nominee,” writes “the odds of Trump’s success have increased and been validated in the past few weeks.”

The key indicator, Castellanos says, is the fact that Trump dipped in the polls and now appears to be rising again. “In my experience, that tells us something important,” Castellanos explains:

Republican voters went through a period of doubt about Trump, an understandable window of buyer’s remorse. They went shopping for someone else — but returned, finding no acceptable alternative who could match Trump’s bad-boy strength and his capacity to bring indispensable change. … Fearing they have only one last chance to rescue their country, they found no one else as big as their problem.

“In my experience, once voters doubt but return, doubting again is less likely,” Castellanos concludes. “A candidate’s vote hardens.”

Castellanos, who played a key role in Mitt Romney’s 2008 campaign, believes either Trump or Ben Carson will win the Iowa caucuses. If it’s Trump, Castellanos sees him going on to win New Hampshire and then the nomination. Even if Carson wins Iowa, Castellanos sees a strong chance of Trump winning New Hampshire and then going on to take the nomination.

If Trump wins Iowa and/or New Hampshire, Castellanos sees a “desperate GOP establishment” trying to settle on an “anti-Trump,” perhaps Marco Rubio, to bring Trump down. But that would be a very difficult task. “History is not kind to candidates who play the long game,” Castellanos writes. “No GOP nominee in modern history has failed to win either Iowa or NH. Period.”

Castellanos believes that will remain the case in 2016. And for those who say there is still plenty of time left for the race to change in all sorts of ways, Castellanos disagrees. “Time is running out. Benghazi hearings, a debt fight, Halloween, Putin kicking over our lemonade stand a couple of times, Thanksgiving, Christmas, then one quick month until we start voting Feb. 1st. This race is solidifying and there isn’t much time left for it to change. As Yogi Berra might have said, ‘what comes later happens earlier than it used to.'”

DONALD TRUMP: THE HONEY BADGER OF AMERICAN POLITICS

It looks like Trump and it acts like Trump – energetically eviscerating opponents, impervious to their attacks. The honey badger seems like the perfect metaphor for Donald Trump and his rampage through the Republican primary field, where he now tops the polls.

The GOP inner circle were hoping for a dull, boring campaign, ending in the anointment of the dweebish Jeb Bush or some other candidate with the “new, improved Hispanic appeal” that they keep hoping (forlornly) will reverse the demographic slide of the GOP. That plan has now been ripped to shreds, like an unlucky snake in the jaws of the honey badger. Even if they could find some way of stopping Trump, the man has already left his mark on the 2016 Presidential Race by tapping into the rising ethnocentric tide of American politics, something that is hardly likely to dissipate when the liberal left is engaged in a massive culture war against White identity.

Another characteristic of the honey badger is that it leaves plenty of scraps for jackals and other petty scavengers. If Trump doesn’t make the final cut, which Republican unworthy will be the jackal snapping up the morsels left by the mighty honey badger?
