Never “kill;” it is much better to manipulate someone else into doing it for you.

An old man sits at the end of a road with an empty bowl in hand; and, a stranger walks out of a sunrise towards him. The old man asks: “Where have you come from?” The stranger replies: “From an ancient land, forgotten in this time; it is called ‘Legend’.” The old man asks: “Why have you come?” The stranger replies: “To unlock a door.”

The old man asks: “How long will you stay?” The stranger replies: “Until the end of time.” Then, the stranger drops a coin into the old man’s bowl. The old man thought: “May all that you touch in unselfish thought warm your heart, surround you with love, guard and keep you safe, and guide all your actions and inactions so that they are always within the ‘Circle of Light!’ And, may the ‘Keeper of Dreams’ chant your secret dream into being!” As the stranger walked away, he turned slowly and looked back at the old man and asked: “Can you see the doorway you are sitting in?” The stranger then turned again and vanished in a swirl of misty falling snow that looked magenta in the early light.
