DoJ: 64% Of All Federal Arrests In 2018 Were Illegal Aliens

Well, well, well, lookie what we got here…

(Ivan Pentchovukov) ILLEGAL ALIENS accounted for 64 percent of all federal arrests in 2018, according to new data released on Aug. 22 by the Justice Department. The surge was driven largely by immigration-crime arrests, which have soared to the highest level in at least two decades.

Federal authorities conducted 108,667 arrests for ILLEGAL ALIEN crimes in 2018, up more than five times from the 20,942 arrests in 1998. ILLEGAL ALIEN arrests accounted for 95 percent of the total increase in the number of federal arrests over the past 20 years, the data shows.

That data also shows a flip in the percentage of arrests of ILLEGAL ALIENS compared to arrests of U.S. citizens. In 1998, arrests of citizens accounted for 63 percent of the total arrests. By 2018, arrests of ILLEGAL ALIENS had grown to 64 percent of the total.

In a press release accompanying the data, the Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) noted that while ILLEGAL ALIENS accounted for 7 percent of the U.S. population, they committed 24 percent of all federal drug arrests, 25 percent of all federal property arrests, and 28 percent of all federal fraud arrests.

President Donald Trump campaigned on a promise to enforce and strengthen the nation’s immigration laws. While the total number of ILLEGAL ALIEN arrests in 2018 reached the highest level over the 20-year period, the total number of arrests in 2017 was the lowest in 10 years. The increase in total arrests in 2018 was fueled almost entirely by immigration arrests.

While the report doesn’t separate legal aliens from ILLEGAL ALIENS, federal incarceration statistics show that 93 percent of aliens in federal custody in 2018 were ILLEGAL.

“Federal arrests of Central Americans rose more than 30-fold over two decades, from 1,171 in 1998 to 39,858 in 2018,” the BJS stated.

Further highlighting the role of ILLEGAL ALIEN enforcement in the arrest statistics, the BJS statement noted that the portion of all arrests that occurred in the “five federal judicial districts along the U.S.-Mexico border (out of 94 judicial districts nationwide)” has nearly doubled over the course of two decades from 33 percent to 65 percent.

“In 2018, a quarter of all federal drug arrests took place in these five districts,” according to the BJS statement.

“The number of Central Americans arrested in these five districts almost tripled in one year, rising from 13,549 in 2017 to 37,590 in 2018.”

In terms of prosecutions, more than 78 percent of ILLEGAL ALIENS were prosecuted for illegal reentry, alien smuggling, and misuse of visas. The most common prosecutions of ILLEGAL ALIENS outside of immigration-related offense dealt with drugs, at 13 percent of the total, and fraud, at 4 percent.

If you remove 30 million plus illegals from the country the following will happen:

Identify theft will go down 90% or more. From from 2012 to 2016 there were 39 million instances in which names and Social Security numbers on W-2 tax forms “did not match the corresponding Social Security records.” the Washington Examiner reported. The Immigration Reform Law Institute said the Social Security numbers of young children are especially sought by illegal aliens, “as this theft is likely to go undetected for years.” Dale L. Wilcox, executive director and general counsel of IRLI, said the findings also debunk the idea that illegal immigration is a victimless crime.“Millions of Americans, in many cases children, are having their identities stolen to enable even more criminal activity,” he said, according to the Examiner.

Full time jobs with overtime will increase by 21% Economist Ryan Edwards, who worked on a CUNY study, said employers would raise wages to attract U.S. workers to replace the immigrants they now employ.

Rents will decrease from 15-50% across the country. The biggest rent decreases will come in the major cities such as New York. It is estimated that close to 200,000 apartments would open up when the 1,000,000 illegals in New York City were deported.

Health Care costs will decrease 35%. The Center for Immigration Studies estimated the medical costs for uninsured individuals at $19.3 billion per year, primarily due to the use of emergency rooms and free clinics. The Texas Health and Human Services Commission, in a 2017 report, showed an estimated $2.7 billion in uncompensated medical care incurred by undocumented immigrants in the state’s public hospital districts that included 99 facilities. Forbes Mag: Illegal Immigrants Cost Taxpayers $18.5 Billion/Yr. In Health Care Costs. Hospital emergency rooms across the southwest would have about 20-percent fewer patients, and there would be 12 million fewer people without health insurance. OBGYN wards in Denver would have 24-percent fewer deliveries and Los Angeles’s maternity-ward deliveries would drop by 40 percent and maternity billings to Medi-Cal would drop by 66 percent.

Local taxes will decrease 19%.  Steven A. Camarota, research director at the Center for Immigration Studies, crunched the numbers and found that the current population of illegal immigrants will drain nearly $750 billion from taxpayers over their lifetimes — amounting to six times the deportation costs. The Heritage Foundation has calculated that the average illegal immigrant household costs taxpayers $14,387 a year

Crime will decrease 40%  Those numbers come from the FBI itself and are reported weekly by DHS DHS provides a comprehensive list of criminal actions committed by aliens on a weekly basis. Mexican immigrants “commit between 3.5 and 5 times as many crimes as the average native.”  Youth gangs would see their membership drop by 50 percent in many states preventing masses of junkies from getting their much needed fixes of pot, crack and meth. In most southwestern cites child-molestation cases would drop by 34 percent and auto theft by 40 percent.  In the Four Corners area and the surrounding Indian reservations, the methamphetamine epidemic would slow down dramatically and the sacred hills of the Navajo would no long need the DEA’s constant over flights and gun battles. Our highway patrol and local sheriffs would have far fewer DUI arrests and there would be a dramatic decline in rollovers of van loads of illegal aliens on highways. Nearly 3 percent of illegal immigrants in Arizona end up in state prison or jail during the course of a year — four times the rate of U.S. citizens and legal residents, according to a study that uses federal reimbursements for prisons and jails to try to calculate one of the most important yet elusive statistics in the immigration debate.

Illegal Voter turn out at elections will decrease by 4.5 million. Just Facts President James D. Agresti and his team said, 3.2 million to 5.6 million ILLEGAL ALIENS were registered to vote and 1.2 million to 3.6 million of them voted. This is backed by the Harvard/YouGov study’s findings. Democrats would lost 17% more elections every cycle.

Insurance costs will go down 20%.

Enrollment in schools will drop 8 million plus. Those numbers come from HEW. Class sizes would decrease and educational results would go up 15%.

Commute time to work will go down an average of 15 minutes per day. Those numbers come from DOT. There are 14 million cars owned by illegals. They would no longer be on the roads. The savings from not having 14 million cars on the road and the time others are getting to their destinations faster would certainly save the world from that evil CO(2) global warming.  Threw that one in for (AL the Gore)

Some say consumption will go down in the US but so will remittances overseas meaning if you lose the illegals it is a win win for citizens. The total amount Mexico received in “remittances” — transfers of money by workers of Mexican descent mostly in the US but also other countries to individuals in Mexico — surged by 10.5% in 2018 to $33.4 billion, the highest figure registered since records began, back in 1995, and beating the prior records set in 2016 and 2017, according to the Bank of Mexico.

Welfare costs will fall like a lead balloon: https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/washington-secrets/census-confirms-63-percent-of-non-citizens-on-welfare-4-6-million-households

Census confirms: 63 percent of ‘non-citizens’ on welfare, 4.6 million households. A majority of “non-citizens,” including those with legal green card rights, are tapping into welfare programs set up to help poor and ailing Americans, a Census Bureau finding that bolsters President Trump’s concern about immigrants costing the nation.

In a new analysis of the latest numbers, from 2014, 63 percent of non-citizens are using a welfare program, and it grows to 70 percent for those here 10 years or more, confirming another concern that once immigrants tap into welfare, they don’t get off it. The numbers are huge. The report said that there are 4,684,784 million non-citizen households receiving welfare. And nearly all, 4,370,385, have at least one worker in the house. In 2014, 63 percent of households headed by a non-citizen reported that they used at least one welfare program, compared to 35 percent of native-headed households. Compared to native households, non-citizen households have much higher use of food programs (45 percent vs. 21 percent for natives) and Medicaid (50 percent vs. 23 percent for natives).

DHS Nabs Illegal Alien Students With Fake University

The Department of Homeland Security set up a fake university in Farmington Hills to target foreign students who wanted to stay in the U.S. without proper authorization, according to federal indictments unsealed in Detroit on Wednesday.

Eight people were arrested and indicted in an immigration fraud case for conspiracy to commit visa fraud and harboring aliens for profit, said the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan Matthew Schneider.

Six of them were arrested in metro Detroit, one in Florida and another in Virginia. The students enrolled at the fake university with the intent to obtain jobs under a student visa program called CPT (Curricular Practical Training) that allows students to work in the U.S., said prosecutors.

An indictment says the defendants helped at least 600 “foreign citizens to illegally remain, re-enter and work in the United States and actively recruited them to enroll in a fraudulent school as part of a ‘pay to stay’ scheme.”

The indictments were filed Jan. 15 and unsealed Wednesday. They allege that from February 2017 through January 2019, the defendants “conspired with each other and others to fraudulently facilitate hundreds of foreign nationals in illegally remaining and working in the United States by actively recruiting them to enroll into a metro Detroit private university that, unbeknownst to the conspirators, was operated by HSI (Homeland Security Investigation) special agents as part of an undercover operation.”

HSI is an investigative arm of U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE), part of the Department of Homeland Security.

“We are all aware that international students can be a valuable asset to our country, but as this case shows, the well-intended international student visa program can also be exploited and abused,” said Schneider in a statement.

The fake university is located on Northwestern Highway, just south of 13 Mile Road.

Its website touts itself as a credible university, saying: “Located in the heart of the automotive and advanced manufacturing center of Southeast Michigan, the University of Farmington provides students from throughout the world a unique educational experience. Our dynamic business administration and STEM curriculum allows students to rapidly apply their knowledge; preparing them to succeed in an ever-globalizing economy.”

But the university was staffed with undercover agents working with the Department of Homeland Security.

In order to study in the U.S., students must get certain types of visas and approval from universities authorized by the Department of Homeland Security. After obtaining an F-1 visa, the student has to stay enrolled and maintain progress toward a degree; if not, they have to leave the U.S. within 60 days.

The indictments say the operation allowed students to stay in the U.S. without proper visas. The U.S. alleges the students who enrolled “knew that they would not attend any actual classes, earn credits or make academic progress toward an actual degree,” read an indictment. “Each student knew that the University’s program was not approved by the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), was illegal, and that discretion should be used when discussing the program with others.”

The eight defendants charged are accused of helping enroll the students in exchange for cash, kickbacks, and tuition credits as part of the “pay to stay” scheme.

An official with ICE said the students involved in this case had come to the U.S. legally to study at universities, but then transferred to the University of Farmington after they arrived in order to work.

Rahul Reddy, an immigration attorney in Houston, said in a live-stream on YouTube that students who may have been enrolled at the university were detained in Houston, Atlanta, Charlotte, and St. Louis. Reddy said that concerned students contacted him Wednesday. The American Telugu Association estimates that about 100 students were arrested.

“Homeland Security Investigations special agents uncovered a nationwide network that grossly exploited U.S. immigration laws,” said Special Agent in Charge Steve Francis, who heads the Detroit office of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). “These suspects aided hundreds of foreign nationals to remain in the United States illegally by helping to portray them as students, which they most certainly were not. HSI remains vigilant to ensure the integrity of U.S. immigration laws and will continue to investigate this and other transnational crimes.”

HSI agents have been conducting this investigation since 2015, said the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

“Beginning in 2015, the university was part of a federal law enforcement undercover operation designed to identify recruiters and entities engaged in immigration fraud,” said a federal indictment. “The University was not staffed with instructors/educators, it had no curriculum, no actual classes.”

Charged in the indictments were:

  • Barath Kakireddy, 29, of Lake Mary, Florida
  • Suresh Kandala, 31, of Culpeper, Virginia
  • Phanideep Karnati, 35, of Louisville, Kentucky
  • Prem Rampeesa, 26, of Charlotte, North Carolina
  • Santosh Sama, 28, of Fremont, California
  • Avinash Thakkallapally, 28, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
  • Aswanth Nune, 26, of Atlanta
  • Naveen Prathipati, 26, of Dallas

The case has been assigned to U.S. District Judge Bernard Friedman.

The university’s website gave the impression it was a legitimate university. It reads: “We are very excited about welcoming you to the UF community and helping you achieve your academic goals. You’ll find UF to be a vibrant and growing institution where students, faculty and staff enjoy a challenging and collaborative environment. UF has a rolling admission process and operates on a quarterly academic calendar. Students are encouraged to apply early to ensure a smooth transition to UF.”

The website provided phone numbers and an email address for interested students.

This is not the first time that federal authorities have created a fake university to nab foreign students in the U.S. The Department of Homeland Security once created the University of Northern New Jersey as part of a sting operation targeting students who enrolled in order to work and study in the U.S., according to a New York Times report in 2016.

The indictments and arrests have drawn the attention of the American Telugu Association, which is a group of Americans with roots in Telugu-speaking areas of India. The Association said that about 100 students have been arrested and others are facing arrest warrants. The group said on its Facebook page that it is trying to help affected students and has met with Indian consular officials in the U.S. about the case.

The American Telugu Association urges “students to be wary of fake agents who promise illegal aliens, illegal ways to stay in USA through admissions in unaccredited colleges and universities.”

‘National Disgrace’ – UK Home Office Rejects Syrian Christians, Refugee Intake 100 Percent Muslim

https://media.breitbart.com/media/2018/07/Church-Syria-640x480.png

The British government has admitted that no Christians were taken among the Syrian refugees flown into Britain recently, with the Home Office rejected the handful of non-Muslims selected for resettlement by the United Nations.

Despite the persecution of Christians at the hands of Islamic extremists in Syria having been declared genocide by the U.S., the European Union (EU) and even British MPs themselves in a 2016 parliamentary vote, the 1,112 Syrians that Britain resettled in the first three months of 2018 consisted only of Muslims.

The Barnabas Fund, an aid agency which supports Christians persecuted for their faith, obtained the figures via Freedom of Information requests after “a protracted tussle with the Home Office”, The Sunday Times reports.

According to the data, 1,226 (90 percent) of the 1,358 individuals recommended by the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) for resettlement in the United Kingdom during the first three months of this year were Sunni Muslims, who comprise around 65 per cent of Syrians.

While Christians are estimated to make up just over 10 per cent of the country’s population, only four — none of whom were approved by the Home Office for resettlement — were among refugees recommended by the UN, along with one atheist and 127 (9.5 per cent) people from Shi’ite and other non-Sunni strands of Islam.

The campaign group, which last year accused the UNHCR of unfairly prioritizing Sunni Muslims over persecuted minorities when recommending refugees for resettlement in the West, stressed it was not requesting special treatment for Christians but for people to be selected “on the basis of vulnerability”.

Martin Parsons, head of research at the Barnabas Fund head of research, said the charity believes a “cultural problem” lies behind the scarcity of Christians among refugees recommended for resettlement, pointing to UN criteria which counts disability and sexual orientation as markers of vulnerability, but not the targeting of people for their religious faith.

“If someone is gay, the penalty under sharia is death, but if someone converts from Islam to Christianity, the penalty is also death,” he told the Sunday Times, adding that last week’s deadly attack in Sweida illustrated that religious minorities are still very much a target for Islamic militants.

More than 250 people were killed and dozens more wounded and injured in what media reports say was a “brutal but well-planned, 12-hour attack” on the Druze ancestral homeland, which features a prominent Orthodox Christian minority.

Having infiltrating Druze towns in the early hours of the morning, jihadis knocked on doors and murdered entire families, leaving one person per household alive as witness to the brutality, and they used suicide vests and sniper rifles to slaughter civilians, according to the Guardian.

Breitbart London reported in October how the Barnabas Fund accused British and UNHCR officials of “shocking behaviour” after Home Office figures showed that more than 95 per cent of refugees recommended for resettlement were Sunni Muslims.

Having brought Syrian Christian refugees to safety in countries including Australia, Poland, and the Czech Republic, the charity branded Britain’s ignoring of calls to accept more people from vulnerable religious minorities among the 20,000 Syrians it committed to take a “national disgrace”.

U.S. District Judge Sullivan Says U.N. Rules Require Deported Criminal Illegal Aliens Be Flown Back into U.S.

The United States agreed in 1980 to implement the United Nation’s rules on refugees. This supposedly means a group of recently deported criminal illegal aliens must be flown back to the U.S. and be given another chance to win asylum, a Democratic-appointed judge declared December 17.

“Congress made clear its intent in promulgating the Refugee Act was to bring the United States’ domestic laws in line with the [U.N.] Protocol,” Judge Emmet Sullivan declared in response to an ACLU lawsuit for several migrants against asylum policies established by former Attorney General Jeff Sessions. Sullivan added: “The new credible fear policies are arbitrary, capricious, and in violation of the immigration laws,” and so must be discarded.

In turn, the migrants must get another chance to win asylum and citizenship in the United States under the rules established by President Barack Obama’s officials, said the decision in Grace v. Sessions, decided in the U.S. District Court in Washington D.C.

The decision was hailed by the ACLU: “This ruling is another defeat for the Trump administration’s all-out assault on the rights of asylum seekers.”

Immigration reform groups slammed the judge’s declaration. “When former Attorney General Jeff Sessions acted earlier this year to narrow the grounds for ‘credible fear’ claims, he was not acting on a whim,” said a statement from Dan Stein, president of the Federation for American Immigration Reform. He continued:

He was not even making new policy. Sessions was restoring the ‘credible fear’ standard to what it was prior to 2014. It was a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (Matter of A-R-C-G- et al), under the Obama administration, that expanded the grounds for seeking political asylum in the United States to include non-political circumstances like fear of an abusive spouse or generalized violence in one’s homeland.

“The rash of judicial rulings by rogue jurists like Judge Sullivan amounts to a judicial coup d’état that is endangering not just the integrity of our immigration policies, but the bedrock foundations of our republic,” the group said.

In a series of reviews and decisions, then-Attorney General Sessions revised several courtroom decisions made by former President Barack Obama’s immigration judges. The prior decisions offered the huge benefit of asylum to Guatemalan women who said they were abused by their husbands, and to Central Americans who said they were being persecuted by criminal gangs.

Sessions’ revised rulings directed border officials and immigration judges to not grant asylum to people who claim fear of persecution by spouses or criminals.

These and other pro-asylum decisions helped drive a flood of migrants up to the United States, most of whom are actually economic migrants seeking to get legal or illegal jobs in the United States. The migrants want U.S. jobs to live better lives in the United States, but also to aid poor families in Central America. They also need the jobs to pay off the mortgages and debts they owe to the cartel-affiliated coyotes who transport them to the U.S. border.

The New York Times reported December 18 from one Guatemalan village:

in less than two months, [César Castro, the mayor] said, 200 families have left [to seek asylum in the United States]. He cannot explain the sudden spike, but he offered one theory.

“Somebody came and tricked people and told them, ‘I will get you political asylum — and take a child with you,’” Mr. Castro speculated. “It’s a new tactic, and people believe it because of their poverty.”

One group included a father and his daughter who died after crossing into New Mexico. The child’s mother told the newspaper that she wants the U.S. government to let the father stay in the United States to work:

Ms. [Claudia] Maquin sees no other route out of her poverty — now increased by their debt to the smuggler who took her husband and [daughter] Jakelin to the border. The family will not say how much they paid, but Mr. Castro estimated it at between $5,000 to $10,000.

The U.S. government has already asked Sullivan to limit his decision to just the 12 plaintiffs in the case. That would minimize the impact of the judge’s order on the border agencies’ ability to adjudicate asylum claims by tens of thousands of economic migrants each month. The department may also choose to appeal the decision to the Supreme Court.

On topic video interview

“Today’s global political unrest is much more than conservatives against liberals. If you think this is a political problem you are missing the point. . . . We are dealing with a diabolical conspiracy that hates God and hates God’s people, hates his church and everything He has ordained. Everything you would expect to see is exactly what you see. God ordained there should be nations after the Tower of Babel. So, of course, the Globalist wage war on nation states. God has ordained there should be families. So what do we see? A massive global war on families. God has ordained private property. Thou shalt not steal. So what do we see? A massive global war on private property. . . . It’s ludicrous, but it is everything we should expect to see from a force that hates God. I think that is what we see”…

Illegal Immigration Into America Hit Highest Level in Over a Decade

Illegal immigration skyrocketed to the highest level in more than a decade for the month of November, as President Trump’s border wall remains unfunded by the Republican controlled Congress.

Last month, illegal immigration at the United States-Mexico border soared to levels that the country has not seen since Fiscal Year 2014, when more than 51,500 illegal aliens tried to cross the border in April 2015.

In November 2018, there were close to 52,000 border crossings on the southern border, alone, marking the highest level of illegal immigration in the month of November since 2006.

The continuing rise of illegal immigration at the southern border indicates that Fiscal Year 2019 will see the biggest boom of illegal immigration in more than a decade, according to Princeton Researcher Steven Kopits.

In total, Kopits projects that there will be more than 600,000 border crossings next year — a level of illegal immigration that the country has not seen since Fiscal Year 2008, when total southwest border apprehensions exceeded 705,000.

This puts illegal immigration under Trump on track to double what border crossings were in Fiscal Year 2017, when about 310,000 illegal aliens attempted to cross into the U.S. from the southern border.

Spiraling illegal immigration to the country is set behind a backdrop of a White House and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary, Kirstjen Nielsen, that have yet to convince House and Senate Republicans — who only have control of Congress for about a month — to fund Trump’s central campaign promise: A southern border wall.

At the same time of the rising illegal immigration totals, the U.S. is continuing to admit more than a million legal immigrants every year to take American jobs. The mass immigration scheme is a boon to real estate developers, who thrive on the booming populations in major cities, and employers who benefit from a flooded labor market with stagnant U.S. wages and displaced American workers.

The country’s mass immigration policy also has massive rewards for Democrats, who are set to import between seven to eight million new foreign-born voters solely from the process known as “chain migration,” and overall, an additional 15 million new foreign-born voters.
